A Leadership Program Taught by Skilled Trainers and Peer Mentors
The Project Glimmer Empowerment Academy, Powered by Coro, is a six-week leadership course (on Zoom) designed to help students develop essential life skills, including goal-setting, presentation skills, and self-reflection. Our program has a proven track record of boosting self-confidence and inspiring participants to envision and pursue an empowered future. By the end of the academy, participants will walk away with a comprehensive plan, new tools, and knowledge that will support their goal-setting, self-confidence, and financial literacy journey.
As Academy alumni, graduates will join an expanded network of Project Glimmer peers and mentors.
Second Fall 2024 Program Details
The application for the Project Glimmer Empowerment Academy powered by Coro is currently open to current and incoming high school 10th, 11th, or 12th graders. This virtual academy will be held over Zoom, please click below to apply before the deadline.
Dates + Times
This program will include 6 sessions total (via Zoom), all from 4:00 - 6:00pm PST / 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm EST:

Stipend
Participants who complete the program (including attendance, camera engagement during sessions, and homework completion) can earn up to a $500 stipend.
Format
The Empowerment Academy will be held virtually via Zoom.
Eligibility
Open to current and incoming female-identifying high school 10th, 11th, or 12th graders who can commit to attending all sessions.
